IPCONFIG

This folder contains a shortcut IPCONFIG.lnk that can be
copied directly to a Win2000 or WinXP Desktop (or other
location(s).) The shortcut allows the ipconfig.exe program
to be run from within Windows rather than from a Command
Prompt. Also included in the ipconfig folder is the
ipconfig.ico file that you can use for a custom icon for the
Shortcut. Copy it to the %windir%\System32\ folder, the
location of ipconfig.exe, and then invoke it through the
Shortcut's Properties.

If you wish to make your own shortcut for ipconfig, here's
the 'location' for the shortcut that can be copied/pasted
into the location box of the Create Shortcut window:

%windir%\System32\cmd.exe /k ipconfig /all

The custom icon mentioned above can be use with the shortcut
regardless the method of creating the shortcut.
