Q&A
- Win7 Repair Disk - For
those who do not have a Win7 Installation Disk, create your own
bootable Win7
Repair Disk
(not to be confused with Restore Disks) that will give you access to
several repair tools. Consider the repair disk useable only in the PC
in which it was created. BIOS CMOS settings may have to be changed to
let the repair disk to boot. Thanks to Bill Buppert and Bruce Cottrill
for their inputs to this discussion. (Repeat from 23 March 2010 Meeting
Notes.)
- Enable
Run Box on Start Menu. (Link)
(Note that Win+R Keyboard Shortcut
brings up the RunBox.)
