I don't remember your stated problem and had not noticed it. However, I just went through the steps you describe in Windows Live mail and I was able to delete the e-mails so moved. Win7 was a 32-bit Ultimate edition, and fully updated. I'll keep my eye out for others noticing this problem. If you find any good references, please share them with me for inclusion in Win7 meetings and meeting notes. If nothing more comes up on this, it'd be a good question to ask at next week's KK-Win7 meeting or to post to the KK Forum. Thanks, Dale.... ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ At 09:46 AM 6/9/2010, John Stewart wrote: From: "John Stewart" To: "Dale Cockle" Subject: Re: [KaffeeKlatch-Win7] Windows Mail in Win7 Date: Wed, 9 Jun 2010 Good morning Dale, I seem to remember something being brought up awhile back about mail from the Deleted folder being returned to the Inbox in Win7 Windows Live Mail and then being undeletable in either the Inbox, Sent, or Deleted folder. Have you heard of this problem and if so what can be done?? I just downloaded and installed the 12 Win Updates/patches this morning and this problem struck. Would very much appreciate you help or advice. John Stewart
